ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs duties, VAT, or handling fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in our shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
We operate a returns-only policy.
Exchanges are not accepted.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is faulty, OR
- You received the incorrect item, OR
- Your return has been approved by our team for a valid reason
All return requests must be submitted through our Return Center.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in the original polymail packaging (or a secure alternative)
- Free from makeup marks, perfume, odours, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
UK PREPAID RETURN LABELS
UK customers may be eligible for a prepaid return label, subject to:
- Return approval
- One free return per order (where applicable)
If approved, return shipping for UK orders will be waived.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or used items
- Items returned outside the 7-day return window
- Sale or promotional items marked as final sale
- Items returned without prior approval
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds are processed within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email
contact@albcollections.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the issue
