Customs & Duties
We use pre-paid shipping (DDP) on all international orders. This means we cover all customs duties and taxes upfront. You’ll never be charged anything extra when your order arrives — everything is included in your shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified. Please double-check your order carefully before confirming at checkout.

Returns

  • We accept returns only, not exchanges.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, and only if:

  • The item is faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • You have a valid reason approved by our team

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging
  • Free from signs of wear or damage

Please note: As our abayas do not have tags, it is especially important that they are returned in unused and original condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please use our Self-Serve Return Portal:

Returns submitted without using the portal or without prior approval will be declined and sent back to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item for processing.
