At ALB Collections, we aim to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

 

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery — £4.99
 Estimated transit time: 2–4 business days.

Free Standard Delivery — Orders £85+
 Estimated transit time: 2–4 business days.

Express Delivery — £5.99
 Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery options and charges are confirmed at checkout.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday–Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier services, busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery to selected destinations. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

International orders may take longer due to customs clearance or local courier services.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders, including deliveries to the EU, may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees.

Where orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the courier before delivery.

If customs charges remain unpaid, the parcel may be returned to us. Any applicable return costs or refund adjustments will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
